Ton-Whay Electronic Co., Ltd  was established in 1983. We specialized in the manufacture of electrolytic capacitors. At the beginning, we served the Japanese factory as the form of OEM. Under the strict quality demand, Ton-Whay has been growing constantly and obtained the good reputation among this industry.

In 1992, Ton-Whay Electronic adopted the automatic facility and technology from Japan to enhance company’s competitiveness by promoting the quantity and the quality of the production.

In 1997, owing to the extension of the organization, Ton-Whay took the license of ISO 9002. This movement not only stabilized our quality but also made our management and production more efficient.

In 2000, in order to accommodate ourselves to the changed circumstances, Ton-Whay Electronic Co., Ltd setup our own factory in China and created our own brand “TOCON” for global marketing.

In 2004, Tons-Whay Electronic Co., Ltd reacted to the world tendency of environmental protection. With this new concept, we started the LEAD FREE process to meet the RoHs rule.

In 2007, in order to broaden our business area, Ton-Whay started to sell TFT-LCD Panels. To achieve the goal of win-win situation between the customers and ourselves, Ton-Whay provides the OEM, ODM and Customerlization of LCD Displays.
